Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by providing administrative, coordination, and communication support. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external parties while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and clerical support

Manage phone calls, emails, correspondence, and filing

Schedule meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and take minutes when required

Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and service providers

Maintain office supplies inventory

Assist with travel arrangements, visas, and accommodation

Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets

Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks

Coordinate with government offices, banks, and external partners

Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred
-
2–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fluency in English and Arabic
-
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
