Admin Assistant

We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cairo, Egypt .

Role Overview

The Administrative Assistant will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by providing administrative, coordination, and communication support. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external parties while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Manage phone calls, emails, correspondence, and filing
  • Schedule meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and take minutes when required
  • Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and service providers
  • Maintain office supplies inventory
  • Assist with travel arrangements, visas, and accommodation
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with government offices, banks, and external partners
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
