Hiring: Admin Officer – Carpentry Company

Location: Ajman

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our carpentry company based in Ajman.

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle daily administrative tasks and office documentation

· Manage payroll for laborers and workers

· Prepare and submit reports and invoices to Head Office

· Collect, record, and monitor petty cash expenses

· Maintain proper records of supplier invoices and company expenses

· Coordinate with site and factory team as needed

Requirements:

· Previous experience in admin or office work (preferably in construction/carpentry field)

· Basic knowledge of payroll processing

· Good skills in MS Excel and MS Office

· Organized and detail-oriented

· Good communication skills

· Preferably under husband visa
