Admin Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and provide support to staff and management to ensure efficient office functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations

  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)

  • Order office supplies and manage inventory

  • Assist with data entry and record-keeping

  • Coordinate travel arrangements when needed

  • Provide general support to staff and management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with office management software

  • Knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping

  • Professional demeanor and customer service skills

Work Environment

  • Office-based or remote (depending on company needs)

  • May require occasional overtime during busy periods
