Steadily growing manufacturing company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy staying organized, helping different departments, and keeping things running smoothly, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Create and print labels for outbound packages and freight
  • Help the finance team with sales orders and data entry
  • Assist the shipping department with day-to-day tasks
  • Support the sales team with various administrative needs
  • Keep records organized and up to date
  • Jump in and help with other tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work both independently and with a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
