Job Summary
The Admin Assistant is responsible for maintaining office administration, supervising cleaning staff, ensuring workplace cleanliness and hygiene, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Office Cleanliness & Housekeeping Supervision
- Supervise all cleaning staff and ensure cleaning duties are completed properly and on time.
- Ensure the following areas remain neat, clean, and hygienic at all times:
- Washrooms
- Corridors
- Stairs
- Front Office
- Back Office
- Reception Area
- Kitchen
- All workstations/stations
- Monitor daily cleaning standards and report any issues immediately.
- Ensure availability of cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Conduct and supervise master cleaning every Saturday for all stations and office areas.
Maintenance & Facility Management
- Coordinate AC servicing every 15 days and maintain service records.
- Ensure all office lights, electrical switches, and basic electrical fittings are functioning properly.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with vendors/technicians for timely resolution.
- Maintain office safety and cleanliness standards.
Administrative Support
- Support daily administrative and office operations.
- Maintain records of maintenance, cleaning schedules, and vendor services.
- Assist management with office coordination and operational tasks.
- Handle general office support duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to supervise housekeeping and maintenance activities.
- Basic knowledge of office administration.
- Responsible, organized, and punctual.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Administration Manager / Office Management
Experience:
- Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
