Job Overview & Responsibilities:

Overview: This role will be accountable for organizing the training classes for the clients and supervising the admin assistants.

Responsibilities:

· Arrange daily schedules for in house/onsite/on board/third party trainings

· Coordinating with the clients, sales team and the operations team to meet the training requirements

· Data entry - updating training details (OPITO and other) - (cash basis/rates/accounts) and

· Responding to emails and calls in timely manner.

· Responsible for ensuring completion and filing of training documents including OPITO,

· Checking training documentation for renewal of offshore trainings -forward/back dating

· Updating and transferring vantage files on a weekly basis.

· Updating vantage password as per OPITO instructions.

· Checking accuracy of training invoices and certificates.

· Compile onsite class documentation of the instructors

· Forwarding transportation requests to the logistics officer.

· Provide support on day-to-day functions/operations of the training centre

· Performing office activities/secretarial works and other general works as instructed by the Training Center Manager.

Job Specific Education & Certification, Skills & Competencies and Experience:

Education & Certification: Graduate in any business-related course

Skills & Competencies:

· Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)

· Computer Skills.

· Good teamwork skills

· Good interpersonal skills.

Experience:

· Minimum 2 years of work experience in the related job function.

Specialized trainings required (if any):

· Management Training

Area of experience required:

· Administration
