Admin Assistant

Career Opportunity – Admin Assistant

Location: DHA Phase 1, Near Gold Mark, Karachi

Karsaz Private Limited is looking for a motivated and organized professional for the position of Admin Assistant. This role offers excellent learning opportunities and career growth in Administration & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and office operations
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and correspondence
  • Handle office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
  • Ensure timely management of office fleet maintenance
  • Coordinate vehicle insurance claims, insurance payments & tax challans
  • Handle other administrative and operational support tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
