Admin Assistant – Pharmaceutical Company
Experience: 7-10+ years
Education: Bachelor’s degree minimum

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties: meetings, correspondence, and filing (both physical and digital)
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and event arrangements
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents
  • Support documentation: contracts, company events.
  • Support a clean, well-organized office environment and liaise with vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7-10 years of experience in admin
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Professional level of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Team-oriented and able to work with different departments
