Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative duties: meetings, correspondence, and filing (both physical and digital)
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and event arrangements
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents
- Support documentation: contracts, company events.
- Support a clean, well-organized office environment and liaise with vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7-10 years of experience in admin
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Professional level of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
- Team-oriented and able to work with different departments
