Royal Nest Real Estate is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining property records, coordinating with agents and clients, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing teams.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain property files and client records.
- Draft and process contracts, forms, and other real estate documentation.
- Coordinate property listings on real estate portals.
- Schedule meetings, viewings, and appointments.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
- Maintain databases and update CRM systems accurately.
- Assist with property advertising and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with developers, landlords, tenants, and government authorities when required.
- Monitor office supplies and assist with general office management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
- Requirements
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in real estate.
