Admin Assistant-Accountant-(Interior Fit-out company(Dubai)

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Accountant – Admin Assistant to handle day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks for our interior fit-out company in Dubai. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting office and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accounting records, petty cash, invoices, and payments
  • Prepare purchase orders, expense reports, and basic financial statements
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable follow-ups
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and site teams
  • Handle office administration, filing, and document control
  • Assist with HR-related tasks (attendance, leave records, staff coordination)
  • Support management with reports and office operations

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in accounting/admin role (UAE experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in interior fit-out or construction company
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
  • Immediate availability

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
