Responsibilities:
Contract Administration: Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, amendments, and other HR-related agreements. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all contracts comply with relevant labor laws and company policies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client HR inquiries and escalations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their HR needs and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
Employee Relations:
- Handle employee relations matters such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations into HR-related issues and recommend appropriate courses of action.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Compliance and Legal Support:
- Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist clients in navigating complex HR compliance issues, including wage and hour laws, employment contracts, and benefits administration.
- Work closely with legal counsel to address any legal concerns related to HR matters.
HR Administration:
- Oversee the administration of HR processes such as payroll, benefits enrollment, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into HRIS systems and maintain employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the needs of our EOR business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of UAE employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
