JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Controller

Location: DHA phase 1, Lahore Salary: Rs 45,000

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Controller to oversee the daily operations of our security control room.. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who will manage a team of control room operators, ensuring the effective monitoring of security systems, responding to alarms, coordinating emergency responses, and maintaining high standards of service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of control room operators, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain surveillance systems, including CCTV, alarm systems, and access control, ensuring effective coverage and functionality at all times.
  • Oversee the response to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, coordinating appropriate actions with field officers, emergency services, and clients.
  • Review and assess real-time security information to make decisions on necessary actions and escalate incidents when required.
  • Ensure the accurate logging of all security-related incidents, activities, and communications within the control room.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to control room personnel to maintain high levels of performance and knowledge of procedures.
  • Maintain operational awareness of security systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise and escalating technical problems to the appropriate departments.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of the control room team.
  • Assist in preparing reports for management regarding security incidents, system performance, and operational issues.
  • Implement security plans and protocols for high-risk areas or events, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure the availability of backup equipment and resources for emergency situations.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as field officers and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • English Communication, in all forms. (IELTs or equivalent proof is advantageous) (THIS IS A MUST HAVE)

Location:

Salary:

Rs. 45000 starting with an increment after reviewing 3 months’ performance. The payment date is 15th of next month. Holiday pay is double for the day.

Shift Timings:

· 22:00 to 07:00

· 06:00 to 15:00

· 14:00 to 23:00 (Subject to requirement for the time)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 per month
