Admin Assistant (Female)

We are looking for a to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge in handling office communication, documentation, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers professionally (in person, phone, and email)
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls
  • Respond to customer emails and inquiries
  • Create and manage invoices, delivery challans, and incoming records
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal staff for deliveries and customer requirement.
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication skills (English & Urdu preferred)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
  • Ability to create invoices and challans accurately
  • Well-organized, punctual, and responsible
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred (But Not Mandatory)

  • Familiarity with customer handling
  • Experience with billing or accounting software
