This role provides high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO and CFO. The Personal Assistant must be exceptionally detail-oriented, organised, and proactive ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality in all aspects of communication, documentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritise executive emails, correspondence, and follow-ups with precision.
  • Coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO and CFO.
  • Prepare and review reports, documents, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Track and reconcile business expenses, invoices, and financial documentation.
  • Maintain organised records for accounting, project, and operational activities.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, with perfectionist attention to formatting and presentation.
  • Anticipate needs and provide proactive administrative support to streamline executive workflow.
