We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office support tasks
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Prepare reports and basic documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Assist HR with attendance records, leave tracking, and
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
- Support management with routine clerical and administrative duties
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.com, BS in Public Administration)
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) And Google sheet.
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional attitude and confidentiality awareness
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience (preferred)
