HR & Admin Assitant ( Female)

A reputable organization is seeking a competent and well-organized Admin & HR Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and human resource operations.

Location : Gulberg 2

Key Responsibilities:

HR Support:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support payroll coordination and leave management
  • Assist in performance management documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

Administrative & Reception Duties:

  • Manage front desk operations and receive visitors professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Schedule meetings and manage appointment calendars
  • Maintain filing systems and official records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA / HR preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, presentable, and professional attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
