A reputable organization is seeking a competent and well-organized Admin & HR Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and human resource operations.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Support:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll coordination and leave management
- Assist in performance management documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Administrative & Reception Duties:
- Manage front desk operations and receive visitors professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Schedule meetings and manage appointment calendars
- Maintain filing systems and official records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA / HR preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, presentable, and professional attitude

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
