Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Associate to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of administrative activities, handle documentation, coordinate with various departments, and assist in maintaining an efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and office upkeep.
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for staff and executives.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing documentation and orientation materials.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings as needed.
- Support finance and HR teams with documentation and records.
- Monitor and manage office equipment and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of administrative experience or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
