About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Associate to support our medicolegal administrative operations. You will work remotely with a leading Australian medicolegal firm, assisting with scheduling conference calls, nominating treating doctors, and booking appointments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment, is highly organized, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage conference calls, ensuring timely communication with all participants.

  • Nominate treating doctors for cases and liaise with medical professionals to confirm availability.

  • Coordinate and book patient appointments with treating doctors, maintaining accurate records.

  • Manage calendars across time zones and send reminders for calls and appointments.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of doctors, patients, and schedules.

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow operations.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative or healthcare administration roles (remote experience preferred).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar, Zoom, Slack).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
