This dual-role position combines Human Resources responsibilities (such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement) with personal assistant duties to the executive team (including scheduling, correspondence, and administrative coordination).
You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations, supporting leadership, and ensuring our workplace culture remains positive, efficient, and professional.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, offers)
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and performance reviews
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Handle HR documentation, policies, and compliance matters
- Organize team-building activities and staff communications
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives
- Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in personal and professional tasks as needed (scheduling, errands, event planning)
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and minutes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in HR, executive support, or administrative roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with HR software is a plus
