We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Admin Coordinator
to join our team in
Riyadh
. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for organization, efficiency, and team support. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting cross-functional teams in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Support department managers and team members with scheduling, documentation, and reporting.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.

Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed.

Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information responsibly.

Support onboarding processes for new employees and assist HR with admin tasks.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications And Experience

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.

Bachelors degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
