Admin Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh . This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for organization, efficiency, and team support. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting cross-functional teams in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Support department managers and team members with scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees and assist HR with admin tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
