Role Summary
The Admin & Travel Coordinator is responsible for organizing travel, accommodation, visa documentation, and logistical arrangements for staff deployed on projects. The role ensures smooth coordination of travel and on-site support while maintaining accurate records and supporting operational planning for international assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and book international flights for staff.
  • Arrange hotels, serviced apartments, and other accommodation for overseas assignments.
  • Prepare and submit visa applications and ensure all travel documentation is complete.
  • Maintain records of travel itineraries, visas, and staff deployment schedules.
  • Coordinate staff deployments in line with project timelines and operational needs.
  • Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
  • Support staff during overseas assignments by assisting with logistical issues.
  • Ensure travel arrangements comply with company policies and cost guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
