Admin Coordinator(Marine background)

Job Summary

We are looking for an Marine crew Admin Coordinator with marine/offshore experience to handle daily administrative and crew coordination activities for marine operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare crew timesheets and attendance records.
  • Daily communication with crew, projects, HR, and clients.
  • Verify and maintain crew documents (Passport, QID, CDC, STCW, Medical, etc.).
  • Handle all administrative and document control activities.
  • Maintain crew files, vessel records, and operational documents.
  • Coordinate crew changes, mobilization, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare daily reports, correspondence, and operational updates.
  • Handle daily emails and communication with internal departments and clients.
  • Maintain proper filing and tracking of marine documents and certificates.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of marine/offshore/shipping administration experience.
  • Good knowledge of crew documentation and coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • GCC/Qatar marine experience preferred.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
