We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin cum Accountant to manage day-to-day administrative operations and handle accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong multitasking skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while ensuring smooth office operations.

Accounting Duties

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.

Administrative Duties

  • Manage office operations including correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and inventory management.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  • Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination and onboarding.
  • Manage communication between departments and external partners.
  • Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment.
