We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks while handling day-to-day accounting functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative operations and office coordination
  • Maintain financial records, invoices, and expense tracking
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist in payroll processing and financial reporting
  • Maintain filing systems and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
  • Prior experience in administrative and accounting roles preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
