Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to join our team. This dual-role position involves handling day-to-day office administration tasks along with essential accounting duties. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact at the front desk and support the team in both administrative and financial matters. This role is suitable for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in a professional working environment.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in QuickBooks is required
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Data entry experience is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports to HR
  • Create invoices using QuickBooks software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
