Admin Cum Accountant

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily administrative operations of the centre


  • Maintain staff attendance, records, and documentation


  • Handle admissions and beneficiary data management


  • Manage cash book, petty cash, vouchers, and fee collection


  • Prepare monthly income & expenditure reports


  • Maintain bills, invoices, and bank reconciliation


  • Coordinate with Head Office for reporting and compliance


  • Maintain stock and asset registers
