Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing day-to-day office and financial tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative and office operations.
- Handle invoicing, payments, petty cash, and expense tracking.
- Maintain accounting records and financial documentation.
- Prepare reports, quotations, purchase orders, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, banks, and government portals.
- Support management with operational and accounting tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years of experience in Accounts or an administrative role.
- Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (Own Visa/Sponsored Visa).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field preferred.
- Proficient in Tally, Zoho, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
