Looking for admin section for 2 months only. Should have own visa

Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.

Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Document Management:

Prepare, format, and manage reports, presentations, and other documents.

Maintain a filing system for electronic and physical records.

Office Operations:

Order office supplies and ensure proper inventory levels.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.

Customer and Staff Coordination:

Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.

Assist in managing staff schedules, timesheets, and attendance records.

Data Entry and Reporting:

Accurately input data into systems and maintain updated databases.

Generate regular reports and summaries for management.

Project Assistance:

Support the execution of company projects and initiatives.

Assist in monitoring deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed on time.

Communication:

Draft and distribute emails, letters, and memos as required.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Problem-Solving:

Address and resolve administrative issues as they arise.

Proactively identify areas for improvement in office processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • administrative assistant: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Arabic (Preferred)
