Admin cum HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

We are hiring an Admin cum HR Executive to support daily HR operations including recruitment, employee records, attendance, and HR administration.

Job Summary:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of staff
  • Maintain employee records and attendance
  • Handle basic HR documentation and filing
  • Support payroll and leave management
  • Address employee queries in coordination with management
  • Ensure HR policies are followed in the workplace

Requirements:

  • Graduate in HR/Management or related field
  • 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Work from Office – Cityhome Apartment, Calicut
