Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including ESI and PF filing and audits.
- Administer payroll processes with accuracy and confidentiality to ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
- Lead training sessions and development programs aimed at enhancing staff skills and performance.
- Facilitate and resolve employee relations issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Implement employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber candidates and enhance reputation.
- Analyze HR data to recommend improvements in policies, procedures, and workplace culture.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all HR processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
