Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including ESI and PF filing and audits.
  • Administer payroll processes with accuracy and confidentiality to ensure timely salary disbursements.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
  • Lead training sessions and development programs aimed at enhancing staff skills and performance.
  • Facilitate and resolve employee relations issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Implement employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber candidates and enhance reputation.
  • Analyze HR data to recommend improvements in policies, procedures, and workplace culture.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all HR processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
