ROLE: ADMIN CUM PROCUREMENT

Department: HR & Admin

Reporting to: HR Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized intern to support our administrative and procurement functions. This role offers hands-on experience in office management, vendor coordination, and procurement operations. Ideal for someone looking to build a career in operations, supply chain, or business administration.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Assist in day-to-day office operations and documentation
  • Maintain records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications
  • Help manage inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment

Procurement Assistance

  • Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order placements, and deliveries
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and tracking procurement status
  • Maintain procurement logs and update vendor databases
  • Support invoice verification and liaise with the finance team for payments

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in BBA,Commerce, MBA logistics, supply chain or related field
  • Preferable Male candidate with two wheeler must and Immediate joiner
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
