About the Role:
We are looking for a Admin Cum Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and professional, with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
· Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
· Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and deliveries
· Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
· Maintain office supplies and inventory
· Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
· Handle administrative and secretarial duties for various departments
· Maintain filing systems and ensure all records and daily bills are updated and organized
· Handle confidential information with discretion
· Assist HR or management with basic clerical tasks
· Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
· Coordinate with the PRO for all visa-related processes and handle WPS payroll submissions.(All PRO related work needs to Handle )
· Responsible for maintaining employee attendance and overtime records
