Admin cum Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible, well-organized, and proactive Admin cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support for our well-established building materials transport company in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk operations and attend incoming calls
- Welcome clients, drivers, and visitors professionally
- Prepare and issue quotations
- Prepare and process LPO (Local Purchase Orders)
- Manage and maintain petty cash records
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, delivery notes, and transport documents
- Assist management with daily administrative tasks
- Coordinate with operations and accounts department
Requirements:
- Previous experience in admin/reception role (2/3 Years transport/logistics experience preferred)
- Knowledge of quotation preparation and LPO documentation
- Experience handling petty cash and maintaining expense records
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well organized, trustworthy, and able to multitask
- Professional attitude and presentable personality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates currently in UAE
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Female preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
