Office Assistant

Zahr Freighters is currently seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to join our administrative team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can support daily office operations, handle routine administrative tasks, and contribute to a smooth and efficient working environment within a busy freight and logistics company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments.
  • Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and document organization.
  • Assist in managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
  • Support scheduling meetings and preparing meeting rooms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in maintaining records and updating office databases.
  • Help manage courier services and delivery coordination.
  • Ensure the office environment remains clean and organized.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Business Administration is an advantage.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Basic knowledge of office procedures and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
