Office Administrator for Real Estate company

Alpha Star Properties is a premium real estate agency in Dubai. We are strengthening our operations department and are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible Administrator to ensure process control and provide daily operational support to our broker team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing CRM (Bitrix24): monitoring incoming leads, ensuring correct status updates, and compliance with internal regulations
  • Managing property listings on portals (Bayut / Dubizzle / Property Finder)
  • Controlling publication accuracy, information updates, and documentation
  • Preparing contracts and internal company documents
  • Coordinating processes between departments (HR, Sales, Accounting, etc.)
  • Maintaining reports and tracking task execution
  • Providing operational support to brokers

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Russian — mandatory
  • English proficiency — B2 level or higher
  • Strong organizational and systematic thinking skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (Bitrix24 or similar) — advantage
  • Experience in real estate — advantage
  • Must be physically present in Dubai (office-based role, not remote)

Conditions:

  • First 3 months (probation period) : Salary 4,000 AED + KPI
  • After successful completion of probation: Salary 5,000 AED + KPI
  • Employment visa and Emirates ID provided after probation
  • Office-based role in Dubai
