Job Summary

We are hiring an organized and presentable Admin Cum Receptionist with experience in an Interior Fit-Out or Construction company in Dubai. The role includes front desk handling and administrative tasks such as LPO, invoicing, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk and incoming calls
  • Prepare and manage LPOs (Local Purchase Orders)
  • Generate and track invoices
  • Maintain staff timesheets
  • Arrange air tickets and travel bookings
  • Manage office documentation and filing
  • Provide admin support to accounts and operations teams

Requirements

  • Tagalog Speakers required
  • 2–4 years experience in interior fit-out / construction company in UAE
  • Knowledge of:
  • LPO
  • Invoicing
  • Timesheets
  • Travel coordination
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Well-presented with good communication skills
