Admin Executive

We are a growing organization seeking an Admin Executive to oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office functioning, supporting management, and coordinating between departments to maintain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure workflow runs smoothly.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office needs.
  • Monitor office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Assist HR in managing attendance, leaves, and employee records.
  • Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and following up on tasks.
  • Ensure the office environment is professional, organized, and productive.
  • Handle travel arrangements, event planning, and other administrative support activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or executive role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Professional attitude with problem-solving skills.
