About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our office operations in the UAE. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle clerical tasks: filing, scanning, data entry, and correspondence.

· Manage vendors, and daily operations.

· Maintain Office Supplies and manage inventories

· Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

· Assist with petty cash, invoices, and procurement tasks.

· Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Requirements

Strong MS Office skills.

Excellent communication in Hindi and English (Arabic is an advantage).

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
