Role & responsibilities -

* Assist in daily office operations and administrative activities.

* Manage office facilities, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendor coordination.

* Handle asset management, AMC renewals, utility payments, and service schedules.

* Maintain files, records, and documentation in an organised manner.

* Handle emails, and basic correspondence.

* Support in procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.

* Coordinate with internal departments for scheduling and follow-ups.

* Monitor and control office inventory, procurement, and cost optimisation.

* Support HR/Accounts teams with basic administrative tasks when required.

* Ensure the office environment is clean, presentable, and well-maintained.

* Monitor and update spreadsheets, trackers, and data entry tasks.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Male candidate living nearby Mulund location
  • Graduate/PG with 3–5 years of experience in office administration.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, documentation, and vendor management.
  • Good problem-solving approach with ability to handle pressure.
  • Knowledge of facility management, compliance, and administrative processes.
  • Organized, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong negotiation skills for procurement and vendor handling.
