Key Responsibilities:1. General Administration

  • Assist the Admin Manager in all routine administrative matters of the plant.
  • Manage office stationery, supplies, and petty cash expenses.
  • Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, and housekeeping activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repair work.

2. Transport & Logistics

  • Manage company vehicles, driver schedules, and fuel records.
  • Ensure proper documentation and logbooks for transport usage.
  • Coordinate employee pick-and-drop and official travel requirements.

3. Security & Safety

  • Support the implementation of security protocols at plant gates and premises.
  • Maintain attendance and duty rosters for security and housekeeping staff.
  • Record and monitor material movement through gate passes.
  • Report safety or security incidents to the Admin Manager promptly.

4. Employee Support Services

  • Ensure proper arrangements for canteen, accommodation, and utilities (if applicable).
  • Facilitate employee attendance records and shift schedules in coordination with HR.
  • Support welfare activities and maintain discipline within the plant premises.

5. Record Keeping & Documentation

  • Maintain records of utility bills, vendor payments, and administrative correspondence.
  • Keep updated records of licenses, service agreements, and renewals.
  • Prepare and submit monthly administrative reports to the Admin Manager.

6. Liaison & Coordination

  • Coordinate with head office HR and Accounts departments for administrative matters.
  • Liaise with local suppliers and service providers for timely procurement of plant supplies.
  • Support coordination with government departments when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in plant administration or industrial setup.
  • Knowledge: Office administration, transport management, vendor coordination, and record keeping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
