Job Description

We are looking for a confident and fluent English speaker to join our team as a Communication & Coordination Executive. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written) and be able to interact professionally with clients, management, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in English through calls, meetings, and emails.
  • Handle client inquiries and maintain professional correspondence.
  • Assist management with documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
  • Prepare and review reports, meeting notes, and office communications.
  • Support daily administrative and coordination activities across departments.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English — must be confident in conversation.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Previous experience in a communication, administration, or client service role is an advantage.
