Job Roles:

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
  • Manage correspondence (calls, emails, letters) with students, parents, and vendors.
  • Handle student documentation, filing, and record keeping.

HR Support Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support payroll data preparation and HR documentation.
  • Help in employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and policy communication.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure compliance with HR procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / HR / Management or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR/admin tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
