Administrative Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
- Manage correspondence (calls, emails, letters) with students, parents, and vendors.
- Handle student documentation, filing, and record keeping.
HR Support Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Support payroll data preparation and HR documentation.
- Help in employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and policy communication.
- Coordinate with management to ensure compliance with HR procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / HR / Management or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR/admin tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
