Role Summary
We are looking for a Admin Executive to support day-to-day operations through basic documentation, ERP handling, client office coordination, and periodic site/client visits. The role is primarily focused on paperwork, data entry, and coordination activities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and update project and operational documents
- Handle basic paperwork, letters, forms, and reports
- Perform data entry and updates in ERP system
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of records in ERP
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Coordinate with client offices for document submission, approvals, and follow-ups
- Visit client offices / project sites as required for documentation and coordination work
- Support operations and project teams with required documentation
- Track and organize incoming and outgoing documents
- Assist in general office and back-office operations
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Basic working knowledge of ERP systems (any ERP)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email
- Willingness to travel locally for client office and site visits
- Good communication and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
