Job description:

Role Summary
We are looking for a Admin Executive to support day-to-day operations through basic documentation, ERP handling, client office coordination, and periodic site/client visits. The role is primarily focused on paperwork, data entry, and coordination activities

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, maintain, and update project and operational documents
  • Handle basic paperwork, letters, forms, and reports
  • Perform data entry and updates in ERP system
  • Ensure accuracy and timely updating of records in ERP
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Coordinate with client offices for document submission, approvals, and follow-ups
  • Visit client offices / project sites as required for documentation and coordination work
  • Support operations and project teams with required documentation
  • Track and organize incoming and outgoing documents
  • Assist in general office and back-office operations

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Basic working knowledge of ERP systems (any ERP)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email
  • Willingness to travel locally for client office and site visits
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
