We’re Hiring! – Admin Executive
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Admin Executive to manage client communication, support daily operational requirements, and ensure smooth office and document workflows. The ideal candidate will act as a key coordination point between clients and internal teams, keeping information clear and processes on track.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Coordination
- Handle client communication via email and phone
- Manage requests, complaints, and follow-ups until resolved
- Prepare and share quotations; track approvals and respond promptly
- Coordinate with operations for deployments, replacements, and service updates
Documentation & Office Administration
- Prepare, file, and track legal documents, contracts, renewals, and NOCs
- Maintain proper document control and organized records
- Arrange schedules, meetings, and provide general admin support
- Support finance with client-related updates affecting billing or service concerns
Operational Support
- Monitor client feedback and raise issues early
- Provide management with regular updates on client and operational matters
- Assist in any additional admin or coordination duties as required
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Response time to client queries
- Time taken to close complaints
- Accuracy and turnaround time of quotations
- Timely submission and filing of legal documents
- Client satisfaction ratings from operations and finance
- Zero missing or misplaced documents
- On-time completion of assigned tasks
- Consistent, clear updates to management
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Confident in dealing with clients
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Experience in administration or client service roles
- Proficient in MS Office, LinkedIn, and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
