Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage office support staff (office boys, janitorial staff, helpers, etc.).
- Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure discipline and punctuality.
- Oversee office cleanliness, seating arrangements, and overall office maintenance.
- Handle all administrative work related to office operations.
- Manage procurement of laptops, IT equipment, furniture, and office supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, purchasing, and timely deliveries.
- Maintain inventory records for office assets, laptops, and supplies.
- Ensure proper allocation, handover, and tracking of company laptops and equipment.
- Manage office utilities, repair work, and maintenance coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to administration and assets.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in administrative or supervisory roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle routine administrative issues independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
