Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage office support staff (office boys, janitorial staff, helpers, etc.).
  • Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure discipline and punctuality.
  • Oversee office cleanliness, seating arrangements, and overall office maintenance.
  • Handle all administrative work related to office operations.
  • Manage procurement of laptops, IT equipment, furniture, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, purchasing, and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain inventory records for office assets, laptops, and supplies.
  • Ensure proper allocation, handover, and tracking of company laptops and equipment.
  • Manage office utilities, repair work, and maintenance coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies related to administration and assets.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative or supervisory roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle routine administrative issues independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
