Admin Executive

Job Title: Admin Executive
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite- Karachi
Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage office operations and ensure a smooth, organized, and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and support staff and management effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, maintenance and upkeep
  • Manage scheduling, meetings and internal communications
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation
  • Handle office inventory, supplies and equipment management
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers and contractors
  • Assist management in planning events and office activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in office administration
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 55,000/month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
