Admin Executive

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Day Shift)

Job Overview

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Admin Executive/Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and experience handling office administration, scheduling, client communication, and day-to-day operational tasks.

The candidate must be confident, presentable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle office administration and coordination tasks efficiently.
  • Communicate professionally with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Receive visitors and clients professionally.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and business activities.
  • Take meeting notes and maintain proper documentation.
  • Support management with administrative and personal assistance tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in an Admin Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional personality with good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English.
