We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth workplace coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Manage administration and facility coordination for multiple locations

Handle vendor management, quotations and service follow-ups

Coordinate maintenance, office supplies and employee support activities

Maintain records, documentation and compliance-related trackers

Support onboarding/offboarding and administrative logistics

Prepare reports, trackers, and operational summaries
Requirements
-
3–5 years of experience in administration or office coordination
-
Experience in corporate, automotive, trading, or multi-site environments preferred
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
-
Understanding of UAE administrative and government processes is an advantage
