HR & Admin Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations and support human resources functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office administration, employee record management, recruitment coordination, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily HR and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Monitor attendance and leave records.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and HR documents.
  • Coordinate visa, QID, medical, and other employee-related processes.
  • Manage office supplies and general administration.
  • Support management with administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR and Administration.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Qatar Labour Law is an advantage.
  • Transferable visa preferred.
