Admin Executive

We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive to support our day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in the Interior Fit-Out or Contracting industry and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and documentation.
  • Maintain records, files, and project-related documents.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documents.
  • Assist with quotations, LPOs, invoices, and project documentation.
  • Monitor office supplies and support general office operations.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in an Interior Fit-Out or Contracting company.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • GCC experience is preferred.
