We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive to support our day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in the Interior Fit-Out or Contracting industry and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and documentation.
- Maintain records, files, and project-related documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documents.
- Assist with quotations, LPOs, invoices, and project documentation.
- Monitor office supplies and support general office operations.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in an Interior Fit-Out or Contracting company.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- GCC experience is preferred.
